Our Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy
Any job canceled within twenty-four (24) hours of the scheduled start time will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to a minimum of six (6) hours of service at the agreed-upon hourly rate. This fee is due immediately and is non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy

  1. Notice Requirement
    Clients must provide at least twenty-four (24) hours’ written notice for any job cancellation or schedule change.

  2. Late Cancellations
    If a job is canceled less than twenty-four (24) hours before the scheduled start time, the Client agrees to pay a cancellation fee equal to a minimum of six (6) hours of service at the agreed-upon hourly rate.

  3. No-Show / Same-Day Cancellations
    If personnel arrive on-site and the assignment has been canceled without prior notice, the same six (6) hour minimum cancellation fee will apply.

  4. Payment Terms
    The cancellation fee is due immediately and will be invoiced as part of the Client’s regular billing cycle, unless otherwise specified in the service agreement.

  5. Exceptions
    Nationwide Security Service Inc. reserves the right to waive or adjust cancellation fees in the event of circumstances deemed beyond the Client’s control, at the sole discretion of the Company.
