Your signed copies are emailed to you automatically. If they are not in your inbox within a few minutes, check your spam or junk folder and mark the sender as safe so future documents come through.

Use the owner’s email on every upload and form.

When you upload documents or sign an agreement, enter the same email address the company owner used during onboarding. Our system matches your paperwork to your firm by that address. A different email, whether a broker’s, an office manager’s, or a personal one, means your documents may not attach to your account, and your placement stalls until we sort it out.
