What Your Insurance Must Include
Coverage must be written on an ACORD 25 certificate and meet every minimum below.
Commercial General Liability
- Written on an Occurrence form
- $1,000,000 each occurrence
- $5,000,000 general aggregate
- $2,000,000 products and completed operations
- $1,000,000 personal and advertising injury
Automobile Liability
- $1,000,000 combined single limit
- Owned autos
- Hired autos
- Non-owned autos
Umbrella / Excess Liability
- $5,000,000 each occurrence
- $5,000,000 aggregate
- Applies over General Liability, Auto, and Employers Liability
Workers Compensation and Employers Liability
- Statutory limits as required by state law
- $1,000,000 each accident
- $1,000,000 disease, each employee
- $1,000,000 disease, policy limit
